Character Name: Cell Transformation Stage: Imperfect Actions: Terrorising and feeding Attacks: Absorbing Condition: Fine He was a being of incredible abilities, but he had so far to go. He needed strength and to get that he would have to decimate the population of the pathetic planet. His timing was impeccable, he had scouted out the sight of Cooler and his henchmen invading the planet, just as Dr Gero had told him. So while they were worried about one another, he'd get the chance to power up, under the radar. "Argh! He's outside! Lock the doors! Close the shutters! Do something!"The officeworkers panicked before security begun to lower the metal shutters, designed to stop criminals from entering or leaving. Cell smirked in his own insectoid ways and waited for their hearts to raise once again, so his sadistic self could enjoy breaking them once again. He begun to walk down the street, keeping close to the office building. People running away from him still upon catching a glimpse of the creature that Cell was deemed to be, futile attempts as he shot several small Ki blasts towards any he picked out, aimed for the legs to simply disable them until he returned from his planned feast. The walls blew to pieces as Cell sent a powerful Ki blast into the structure, all the workers that had thought they were safe screamed in disbelief and Cell did indeed feast. His tail lashed around while his body kept up with the Humans, easily gliding and flying about the room, trapping and catching them like some sick, twisted game of tag. From the few seconds he moved about the office building, the screams died down, and all that was left within was the many pieces of clothing, the only last remaining parts of the humans as their bodies were literally liqified and turned into energy and power for Cell. He blasted out of the top rooms and lept to the ground, glass and debre fell to the ground with him, hitting the several humans hurt on the ground from Cell's previous attacks. He made quick work of them, before his plan of terror continued...

Character Name: Sandra Transformation Stage: None Actions: Terrorising Attacks: Ki beam Condition: Normal
To Dr. Gero, she was nothing more than a weapon and a undercover spy among the humans. The scientist underestimated her most of the time, it became more evident that she was becoming more and more indenpendent. Plus, he only gave her a human name was because he had an idea that if he gave her a human name then Goku would be a goner if the two them met unexpectedly. She noticed that the Z warriors were fighting Cooler along with his henchmen and took this chance to cause some chaos without being distrubed by them for once and hoping to find Goku so she could kill him. The only reason the old man spared her was due to the fact that she could possibly run into in him.
She took notice of a city that suffered destruction and landed, cautious of any of Ki blasts directed at her from the person or thing that done this. All she saw was several pieces of clothing from the humans laying on the ground then turned in the from where she heard a couple of frightened squeaks of horror.
"Please...don't hurt us...you must spare our lives...." Said a frightened human man in his mid-twenties.
Sandra didn't show any mercy towards them and killed them both with a ki blast to the chest. Then thought seeing that she as an android never really got to kill none of the humans here, "Pitty, these should of stay alive at least I got here to end their lives." Then took to the air to find something living to kill as well. She shot ki beams at buildings and killed a few hundred in the process.

Character Name: Cell Transformation Stage: Imperfect Actions: Terrorising and feeding Attacks: Absorbing Condition: Fine Cell had lost count as he stormed through the city, lost count with how many he had so far taken the lives of. Each human seemed to give him little in the way of strength, but then he noticed for the first time what he had done so far. He stopped for a moment and stretched his arms, feeling the flexing of his larger muscles. It seemed the vermin did help after a while. The Android was happy to continue his stretch of terrorism, but realised he only had a small block of time in this city before the Z-Fighters would catch onto him. He wasn't strong enough to deal with the likes of Piccolo or Goku, even with their DNA in his. His train of mind halted all of a sudden as his accute ears picked up the sounds of more pleading some way back where he came from, then several Ki blasts followed. He sensed no power level, but someone or something was near, that he felt with his instincts. Curiousty is often said to kill the cat, but Cell was no cat, he was the ultimate being, one that did not fear the unknown. He was smart, intelligent, cunning and devious, and all that fueled his need to discover who and what it was. If it was needed in him to escape, then he would do so. The desire to hunt ended in no more than a second when he caught sight of the being heading his direction. Cell concealed his power level like any good Android before launching up into the air directly in front of her flight path and cocked his head to the side, pondering her identity and mission. He sensed she was a threat, but something else told her to hold fire on any attacks. Cell did not speak, his head still cocked like an animal curious. It told it all - who was she and what should they do about one another now they had met.

She stared at him with a stern expression that had cold eyes to it, he appeared out of nowhere when she finished killing all those people and looked at Cell straight into his confused and curious eyes. Sandra sensed that he was a threat but something within her told her to hold back on attacking. The female android seemed unphased at his sudden apearence but she picked up no energy level coming from him.
"I wonder..." She thought.
"Who and what are you?" She asked him, ignoring the frightened humans below them that qwaked with expressions of fear for the moment. Then spotted a helicopter with some police men in it and shot a powerful Ki beam at it, causing it to fall from the sky with it's passengers long gone in an instant. Their screams of terror briefly echoed in the sky before it hit the city street in flames, she looked at it then turned back to Cell.

Character Name: Cell Transformation Stage: Imperfect Actions: Responding to Sandra Attacks: None Condition: Fine "Who and what are you?"Even with Cell's insectoid void of a mouth, it could be noted he was grinning at her question. He could see the similar curiousity in her eyes that he felt, maybe because deep down she might already realise who and what he was, especially if it was Dr Gero created her without Cell's knowing. The destroyed helicopter exploded upon the impact from the Ki blast. A shard of metal flew directly toward's Cell's head, but as if he knew without watching, his tail lashed upwards, and batted the piece of the ruined helicopter from above his head and away. He was waiting eerily long to reply, but finally Cell's mouth opened and he spoke in a croaky, insect like voice. "You should know that answer deep down, Android." He wasn't created to be pleasant after all, so his reply had a tone of bite to it. "Where are 17 and 18? I need to... get in touch with them." He smirked, testing the Android to see where she stood in aliegance. Would she be on the side of Dr Gero and his masterplan, or would she instead choose friendship and disobedience.

Character Name: Sandra Transformation Stage: None Actions: Asnwering Cell's question Attacks: None Condition: Normal
"I don't know where they are...I would tell you about their wareabouts but I don't travel in their, Cell." Sandra replied with a hint of hate towards the androids mentioned, "Plus, I would tell you if I did. Besides, Dr. Gero has nothing to worry about when it comes to whom I'm loyalty to. I have to anyways." She was aware of his little test about which side she was with, unfournately, the female android saw no way of avoiding it this time and she answered it truthfully.
Then added, "My name's Sandra, strange name as it would be for an android to have a human name but that's what he named me."

Character Name: Cell Transformation Stage: Imperfect Actions: Trying to tempt her to help him Attacks: None Condition: Fine She had done well to answer truthfully, even without full power Cell was still a force to be reckoned with, and whilst there was no hope he would be able to outdo Sandra yet, her form already being fully powered and ready, and his having to be built up over time, he was able to hit and run. Hurting her was unnecessary now, and he responded to her claim, and focusing on her altered tone towards the two Androids. "They were programmed to work together, me and you on the otherhand were programed to be powerful on our own..." He started cutely, trying to compliment her, without being too obvious. "To accomplish our mission and our own goals, we can't rely on those two."He was being frank and serious when he spoke, and he hoped to Sandra he might be speaking some sense. "Each of these vermin below will help me become strong enough to take down those two worthless Androids. If you help me distract Goku and his friends, I'll have no trouble in finishing the job later on.""I'm sure you're more than capable of handling them, right?" Again he remarked on her power, though he had not seen it as of yet. His intentions seemed like any normal Android, to reach his mission, but of course he was playing her, if and when he did reach his true form, he was certain she would have no thoughts in his grand plan for the world. But she didn't have to know that yet...

Character Name: Sandra Transformation Stage: None Actions: Talking to Cell, begins kill spree again Attacks: Finger beam Condition: Normal
"I am capable of handling them but do you really find me to be that much of a fool, being played as one will be your wosrest idea you came up with." She said to him, Sandra was impressed at how Dr. Gero was able to create an android that could try and smooth talk her to get her to do something she was tempted to do. No matter how much she wants to hunt down and kill Goku, she promised herself that she wouldn't lower herself to be someelse's 'weapon'. She had her own intentions in mind yet was still like any other but one thing was different about her methods, she had her own. Plus, she prefered traveling by herself more.
Sandra found Cell be not that cute and sickeningly cunning. The android fired a finger beam at a police officer whom fired bullets at her but they just bounced off her skin, the beam struck the man in his heart and ironically the beam killed three people whom were standing in a line about two meters away from the other.

Character Name: Cell Transformation Stage: Imperfect Actions: Leaving the scene after considering an attack. Attacks: None Condition: Fine Maybe it was the threat she posed to Cell's survival, if she continued to kill the humans, he would have no chance to gain power to outdo 17 and 18 and subsequently absorb them or maybe it was merely the fact she had given him a no answer. "I play no one as fools." The green android remarked. "Though it does seem Gero programmed you to be one." His eyes narrowed slightly, a dangerous sign. Behind his back Cell's tail lashed and whenever out of sight expanded, only to be shown at its normal size when waved to his side. He considered it, attempting to absorb the Android, so long as she was not fully Android as he suspected she was not, he would have no problems, and probably gain the power he needed to take on 17 and 18, but that would be pushing it. He was not close enough for one, nor did he have the defences to defend against Sandra if she counter attacked. "Don't come crying to me when you regret not taking up my offer." He chuckled before darting off into the sky and away from the city. He would find another location to prey upon, after all the majority of the Humans had been exterminated by Cell there.
