Piccolo couldn't form words through the shock. Trunks was lying here, claiming that Gohan had attacked him. Piccolo knew it to be true, there was no lie in Trunks' eyes. Piccolo couldn't hide his worry, his eyes widened with disbelief. Questions flew through his mind, Gohan... why? Piccolo had knew Gohan since Gohan was a mere child, he was a good kid. This couldn't have been the Gohan Piccolo knew.

"Gohan-" Piccolo blurted out, "Why- what happened to him?!" Piccolo's natural rough sounding voice was accompanied with a mix of anger, fear, and fury.

Piccolo knew that the senzu bean's affect would take another couple of seconds. He stood with his back turned to Trunks, Piccolo's cape fell back downwards. Then something struck him, a large feeling of dread overcame him. It was coming from the islands, where Master Roshi lived.

"Trunks, something's happening, can you fly?" Piccolo called over his shoulder and image of Gohan firing a ki blast came into his mind, he thought of the worst. "It seems like it could be Gohan... we have to hurry."

A blue aura formed around Piccolo as he powered up for the high speed flying that was needed to reach the islands as fast as possible.

Trunks begun to rise from the floor as the bean provided him with energy. He stretched and looked up towards Piccolo. He knew what the namek was going to say, ask and think, and in a lot of ways Trunks doubted himself all of a sudden when he remembered what Gohan was like, and how he wouldn't hurt a fly unless he absolutely had to... thing didn't add up on bit.

"Gohan- Why- what happened to him?!"

"I don't know...-" He tried to answer Gohan's former mentor as best he could, but failing to come up with any logical answers he stumbled.

"Trunks, something's happening, can you fly? It seems like it could be Gohan... We have to hurry."

Piccolo had suddenly cut him off, but Trunks didn't mind a great deal when he heard something major was happening elsewhere. With a reluctant nod he watched as Piccolo prepared for flight and followed suite. Whether or not it was a good idea had now left Trunks when he realised he could find out the true meaning behind his attack, and whether it was really Gohan.
